Work in
Canada

Canada is one of the most common places to immigrate, live, and work. It is recognized for its economic growth, excellent life quality, friendly people, and work opportunities all across the country. To work in Canada, there are over a hundred work permits to allow immigrants to find a job, join the workforce, and strengthen the country’s economy. To obtain a Canadian work permit, you must meet some criteria and submit proper documentation to IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada).

Our Services Related to Work Permit

An Open Work Permit in Canada allows foreign nationals to work for any Canadian employer without the need for a specific job offer and is not job-restricted. It is issued based on eligibility criteria, providing flexibility for temporary workers, spouses, or students.

LMIA

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document issued by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to assess the impact of hiring a foreign worker, ensuring that it won't negatively affect the Canadian job market. Employers typically need an approved LMIA to hire a foreign worker for a specific job position in Canada.

A Spousal Work Permit in Canada allows the spouse or common-law partner of a temporary resident to work in the country. It is granted based on the status of the sponsoring spouse's study or work permit.

The Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) in Canada is an open work permit for international students who have completed a qualifying program at a designated learning institution. It allows them to gain valuable Canadian work experience after graduation.
